Record of data is a basic unit used by Onlizer BI technology. Data record is actually what it is named - any data item you export with Onlizer BI to data analysis and reporting tools. But platform counts only stored amount of data independent of data changes or refresh frequency. So if you have totally 50 000 Leads and 20 000 Deals connected with Onlizer BI we count this as 70 000 records in storage and system will keep them up-to-date without any additional charges.
When you will add another 10 000 Leads and 5 000 Deals to your CRM, Onlizer BI will automatically track this data and your total used records amount will increase to 80 000.
We count maximal used records amount per month so removing records from data source will result in reduced usage amount started from next month.
When creating data source with Onlizer BI you can select data type or module to export data from. Also, for most of services our connectors provide additional filtering options.
Yes, you can. Onlizer supports connection of multiple services to same account. We do not limit count of connections but even encourage you to connect more services to make our solutions most useful at scale.
To estimate monthly notifications usage you need to know total amount of records in connected services and databases.
Every Onlizer BI plan contains plain limit for maximal total amount of monthly stored records and we built plans to cover different usage scenarios.

As we provide service with our customers success in mind Onlizer BI will provide you access to any data even if you went pass maximal plan data limit. So all data available in connected services will be available and system will refresh it push new information to BI tools.
To handle data overlimit you can:
  1. Upgrade your billing plan to increase limit
  2. Do not change billing plan. In this case Onlizer will charge you for additionally used storage for every extra 1 000 records price for current plan. So if you use use Premium plan with 200 000 records limit and your current records storage is 220 000 at the end of month you will be charged for extra 20 000 records by formula: 20 * ($99 / 200) = $9.90
